Why I love democracy: Ray Lyman
Scranton so-and-so Ray Lyman is pissed off at the mismanagement of his city government.
Poor guy just wants a fair break and he drowns swimming in the deep end of government facts - like knowing whether the Constitution out-ranks the "law of the land."
He calls 'em as he sees 'em. And I like that.

This guy needs to learn how to speak in full sentences. I understand that he has requests and ideas that he feels should be acknowledged, but he needs to make them more meaningful. He needs to address the council with respect, after all they were elected by the people. Even if he does not agree with them he needs to understand that he is not helping his efforts with his public display.
